Recognized for my leadership and expertise as a Robbery Homicide Police Sergeant and 16+ years' experience managing high-profile investigations and collaborating effectively with various law enforcement agencies. My core competencies include crime scene management, witness and suspect interrogation, and courtroom testimony, ensuring meticulous oversight from incident inception through trial, as well as leadership development, mentoring and management of both commissioned and civilian law enforcement professionals. As the current Team Leader of the Crisis Negotiation Team, I have established vital interagency relationships and am an expert in tactical negotiation and team coordination.
