About Kyle Smith

As an Assistant Director of Transfer Admission at New England College, I leverage my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), university recruitment, and customer satisfaction to support the admissions process. I manage and review a high volume of student applications, plan and perform school outreach, college fairs, high school visits, and large scale campus events. I also assist the social media and marketing teams, and serve as a member of various committees to enhance student retention and sense of belonging. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at New England College, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in the field. I have a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Plymouth State University, which provides me with a unique perspective on the intersection of education and law enforcement. I am passionate about creating inclusive and supportive environments for students, and I am always eager to learn new ways to improve the admissions process and student experience.
