About Kyle Smith

In my position WE are problem solvers. I say WE because I trust and utilize the expertise of everyone around me to accomplish our goals. I spent 7 years in industrial sales and manufacturing before realigning into the robotics manufacturing field. Those 7 years gave me a lifetime of lessons and a list of skills including: leadership, decision making, problem solving, negotiation, procurement, and general professionalism. I’ve also received training in LEAN, 6S, 6 sigma, Autocad and Solidworks, a 30-hour OSHA certification, and completion of Microsoft Office certification. When I’m not on the clock, I remain busy with my hobbies. I play guitar and piano, enjoy listening/creating a podcast, and competing in anything from board games to sports. When the weather is nice you can find me hiking with my wife Elise and my dog Gryff.
