I specialize in analyzing and reporting on various HR metrics, such as recruitment, turnover, retention, engagement, and satisfaction. I also assist with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with provincial legislation and QAM. I have a Graduate Certificate from Algonquin College in Human Resources Management. I currently have my sights set on obtaining my Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) in the near future.
