Currently, I'm Head of Development at Global Telecom Networks, where I manage a team of developers building internal applications and automation tools that streamline business operations. This role lets me bridge technical solutions with real organisational needs while fostering a collaborative engineering culture that actually gets things done. Before stepping into engineering leadership, I was a Senior Creative Technologist at The Mighty Shed, where we pushed the boundaries of creativity and technology to deliver rapid insights for potential sales leads. I also founded The Backstory, a creative research company where I assembled and coached a team skilled in blending visual inspiration, wordsmithery, and design. During the global pandemic, I transitioned the team fully remote and built a digital asset management system that leveraged existing technologies to streamline workflows and boost productivity. My experience spans global ad agencies, production companies, and TV commercial directors, where I've crafted hundreds of pitch decks for 360+ brands. I've also built engineering teams from scratch and shaped marketing divisions that handle everything from technical evolution to partner relations.
