Kyle leads Langan's EHS and ESG advisory practice. He has over 22 years of experience assessing environmental risk and ESG issues for multi-national transactions. Kyle and his team provide strategic support throughout the deal cycle to private equity, legal, industrial, and commercial investment clients. His experience includes pre- and post-closure EHS due diligence and ESG evaluation, risk and liability quantification, EHS compliance auditing, post-merger integration, and management consulting. Langan's ESG services focus on value creation and finding opportunities to maximize both access to capital and return on capital investment.
