My organizational development & management education coupled with my operating residences on multiple urban college campuses have fueled my passion for creating a five-star resident experience. Attention to detail, time sensitivity, stellar communication, and Compassion-first support are my service values and have been embraced by my staff to enhance residential satisfaction beyond educational programs & posters.I am looking to grow my Operations / Facilities skill-set so as to create a more robust student experience. I want to develop my “human-first” approach and believe that engaging with students on all levels within a Residence Life program will fuel my creativity, problem-solving, and long-term success goals.
