About Kyle Syers

Since joining BLS & Co. in 2015, Kyle has worked with clients to optimize value in corporate location decisions. His recent engagements include site selection and incentives advisory projects for a number of the firm’s Fortune 500 and mid-market clients. Kyle contributes to the firm’s public sector and development advisory initiatives including advising on public policy best practices and economic development strategies. Kyle has prior experience working with state and local governments in various capacities with specializations in public sector finance and public policy analysis. He holds a Master of Public Affairs with concentrations in Public Financial Administration and Public Policy Analysis from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University.
