Enterprise Customer Success Manager with 7+ years experience in a large SaaS company. As a CSM I develop and manage those relationships starting from the initial install and implementation by providing technical and product support to resolve complex issues and increase client efficiency. There are a few things I do to achieve the best results. I start with getting to know the ins and outs of client day to day practices and strategies, as well as long term goals. This allows me to dive deep enough into their business to help streamline their processes via training on and using our existing products as well as suggesting and deploying products they may not currently use. In the training process, I work with our training team on developing training guides as well as creating my own guides and processes to share with clients and peers if they don't already exist. In the product deployment process, I collaborate with the product teams to help develop product roadmaps, work through UAT testing on new products and product versions, and constantly drive feedback from my clients to make sure products are meeting their needs. I employ Salesforce as a tool to track meetings, product usage, product deployments, as well as working with internal teams on existing client issues.
