With over 16 years of experience in the apparel industry, I have developed a passion for creating and delivering premium products that stand out from the crowd. I have a strong background in global sourcing, business development, and operations management, and I enjoy finding innovative solutions to meet the needs and expectations of diverse customers and partners. I am currently leading the charge on Premium Partnerships at Stance, a leading lifestyle brand that offers high-quality socks, underwear, and apparel with a distinctive style and attitude. In my current role, I leverage my expertise in global sourcing to expand the Stance Socks Brand into premium partnerships with other organizations that share our vision and values. I work with Future Stitch, the leading producer of Stance Socks, to offer import and domestic production with low minimum order quantities, premium quality, and quick-to-market capabilities. I also manage the design, development, sourcing, and operational aspects of the partnership projects, ensuring that the products reflect the brand identity and quality standards of both parties. Some of the partnership opportunities that I pursue include corporate gifting, employee experience, and product seeding. I am always looking for new ways to connect with potential partners and showcase the unique value proposition of Stance and Future Stitch.
