Aaron J My entire life I've enjoyed helping others find success but I'm not one to sit back or sugar coat it. Fake positivity is toxic and leads to a lack of relatability and creditability. A true leader is the one that can deliver a hard message and tell them that we're in this together. I lead by sitting next to my team members and devising a plan together that writes their best story. I want everyone to seek and find fulfillment in this life. If I've learned anything, someone that enjoys doing their job can be contagious but what's really contagious is the negativity. If someone is checking the box and going through the motions then let's work together to identify the gifts and find a better place to execute them. Thankfully, I've been able to capitalize on this throughout much of my working career. Although I didn't have literature around it until recently, I knew that leading others brought me a joy. I've never intentionally sought after leadership jobs, that's just been a natural progression. I look forward to doing this again soon in my next career.
