About Kyle Vey

At Accenture, I am an Engineering Consultant leading design teams as we implement innovative transit solutions across the Greater Toronto Area. I have gained experience working working with dynamic, fast-paced projects, particularly in retail IT and infrastructure service environments. I have demonstrated leadership within my roles, and I have a passion for logic, efficiency, and creativity in all work that I perform. I graduated from Rotman with my MBA in 2020. I spent my time in business school taking an innovative approach to management, focusing on utilizing a designer’s mindset to address the complex interactions between people within organizations. From Business Design courses—a discipline that utilizes emotional drivers to make human-centred decisions—to Behavioural Economics, where I learned how to account for human behaviour by removing inadvertent frictions and barriers when designing products and services. In Designing for Equality, I learned the importance of perspective and the need to hear voices that traditionally go unheard, and in Leading Teams I developed skills to help elevate those voices, bringing together diverse thoughts and experiences so that teams can work collaboratively and effectively to achieve common goals.
