I’m a dedicated Realtor® with deep roots in the Kentuckiana real estate market. I earned my B.S. in Business from Indiana University and began my real estate career in 2003. In 2008, I co-founded Compass Realtors® and played a pivotal role in growing it into one of Southern Indiana’s top-five market brands. As a founding broker/owner, I led the company’s expansion into Jeffersonville, Indiana, and Louisville, Kentucky, while recruiting and mentoring 36 sales agents. In 2013, I transitioned from Compass and joined Schuler Bauer Real Estate in 2015. Throughout my career, I’ve earned several industry recognitions. In 2015, I was named one of Southern Indiana’s “20 Under 40 Top Entrepreneurs.” In 2017, RealTrends recognized me as one of Indiana’s top 100 Real Estate Professionals, and in 2018, I was awarded Realtor® of the Year. I’m passionate about shaping the real estate industry. From 2010 to 2018, I served on the board of the Southern Indiana Realtors® Association, including a term as Board President in 2015. I’ve also contributed to several Realtor® committees, including MLS, Grievances, Professional Standards, and YPN. Real estate education is one of my greatest passions. As the owner of Wohrle Real Estate School, I’m dedicated to helping aspiring agents succeed by providing lifelong mentorship. Many of my students have gone on to achieve significant success, with several being nominated for Rookie of the Year and growing into top-producing agents across various brokerages. It’s rewarding to see them thrive and know I played a role in their development. Beyond real estate, I’m committed to giving back to the community. I’ve volunteered with the Jeffersonville Animal Shelter, spending time with abused and neglected dogs to help them rebuild trust and confidence. My role was to offer love and socialization to animals who came from difficult backgrounds, helping them heal and become adoptable. I’ve also served as board member and president of the Franklin Commons Neighborhood Association. In this role, I’ve organized neighborhood cleanups, coordinated the National Night Out block party to honor law enforcement, and worked to strengthen the community by promoting social connections and fostering communication with city leaders. Additionally, I served as a board member and mentor for the Louisville Youth Group, an organization dedicated to supporting LGBTQ youth. Supporting the organization’s mission I worked directly with young people, offering mentorship and a safe space to help them navigate challenges and build confidence in their identities.
