About Kyle Ward

Multifaceted operations and security leader with 17+ years of experience spanning physical security, executive protection, military operations, IT program management, and digital entrepreneurship. I specialize in creating safe, innovative, and efficient environments—whether for VIP clients, complex tech ecosystems, or small business owners. As the VP of Operations at ShallBe Global Security, I lead executive protection engagements for high-profile clients, design emergency protocols, and oversee a purpose-built training academy focused on real-world readiness. My military service in the Maryland Army National Guard shaped my leadership foundation and operational discipline, which I continue to apply across security and tech domains. On the technology front, I’ve led mission-critical IT programs, managed large teams, and driven digital transformation efforts within a military context. That experience directly feeds into my work as founder of KYTEK Web Services, a boutique agency offering web development and marketing solutions tailored to small businesses.I’m passionate about protecting people, optimizing systems, and building mission-driven teams. If you need a seasoned leader who can handle high-stakes environments—from digital strategy to physical protection—I’m always open to meaningful connections.
