About Kyle Ward

Started coming out of high school with a focus in engineering. I gained knowledge of physically drafting and CAD work in AutoCAD, Siemens NX and Solidworks which I received certs for. Went to Baker College majoring in Cyber Security Full-time, whilst working at Little Caesar's full-time as an Senior Technical Engineer on their helpdesk where I supported their Point-of-Sale systems along with maintaining their Networks, Databases and full in-store topology. I moved over into Medical IT during COVID from Michigan Healthcare Professionals, where I was a Hybrid agent (Working both on-site and remote). We where a complete IT solution for medical offices and clinics. Everything from simply provisioning and supplying laptops and office hardware, to infrastructure IT (Camera systems, telephony, biometrics, support EMR and EMH software, and the software end of modality's). I had a career path change over into logistics where I became an Office Supervisor and Warehouse Controller in operations; where I then moved into my current spot as an ERP Business Analyst.
