I have been a serial entrepreneur my entire life. I started my career in consumer products as the founder of DermaCare Labs and Nugenix in the early 90's. Thankfully DermaCare and Nugenix both had very successful exits allowing me to move into the next phase of my career. Thereafter I became very active in real estate and mortgage banking as President of AMG Mortgage Bank, which was headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT and operated in 7 western states. AMG started as a 3 person firm and grew into one of the largest independently owned mortgage bank in the United States - originating in excess of $1.2b in residential first mortgages by 2006. Over the next ten years I started a number of companies such as: NY Paralegal Express - an online paralegal service company, CorporationWizard.com - an online entity formation company, Rapbridge.com - an online resource for musicians and beat makers to copyright artistic works, 1st City Financial - a leasing company specializing in capital equipment, IP Tech Farm at Binghamton University - an programing venture with graduate students from the Watson School of Engineering, The Painted Pig - a restaurant venture and Crypto Mining Farms - a crypto currency mining farm. Currently, I am working with an MIT educated research professor on a technology that improves blood flow and increases cerebral profusion (Sonostics, Inc.) as well as a technology that will eliminate surgically acquired infection (MicroEnvironmental, Inc.). Like many entrepreneurs I am always raising money for ventures that I believe in. All of my projects raise capital through private placements as defined by Rule 504, Form D of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
