As an ASPIRE Associate at Baker Hughes on the Sales and Commercial Leadership Development Programme, I have been involved in business-critical assignments across a range of business functions. Currently, I am focusing on product management and business development within the energy transition and renewables space. In this role, I am exploring and advancing new business opportunities for the Renewables for Subsea Power (RSP) solution, strengthening the value proposition through lifecycle assessments (LCA’s) and cost comparison models, as well as building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. My previous experience in the energy sector includes several years as a geoscientist, where I worked on a variety of projects covering the exploration and production value chain, as well as several projects on carbon capture and storage (CCS). Through these experiences, I have developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to work effectively in a team environment. In addition to my industry experience, I have an outstanding academic track record, graduating with First Class Honours and a Distinction in my BSc and MSc degrees, respectively. This has given me a strong foundation in geoscience and subsurface activities, which I continue to pursue through other activities outside my current role. My current interests include the energy transition, with a particular focus on CCS, and digitalisation within the energy industry. I have been fortunate to explore these interests through numerous published articles for the Geoscientist Magazine, which have allowed me to further develop my skills in research, analysis, and scientific communication.
