I'm a British expat living in the vibrant city of Houston. I have over a decade of experience in the energy industry, specifically in commissioning high voltage Turbo Generators and controls equipment for grid authorities. Currently, I am a Controls/Electrical Engineering Manager, working on innovative solutions for the mobile power generation industry. One of the things I love about my job is the constant learning and problem-solving involved. Every project is unique, and I enjoy the challenge of finding the best solution for each one. I am always looking for ways to improve and stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Aside from my technical skills, I also pride myself on my strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure. I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team to achieve a common goal. I have been fortunate enough to work on hundreds of projects across the globe. Key achievements include: Upper Zakum - Abu Dhabi, UAE Lead Commissioning Engineer Largest BRUSH Power Management System ever developed. Load Management of 16 x 45MW Generators and 45 x Switchboards distributed across 4 man-made islands.
