With 9 years of leadership experience in the software industry following 5 years of service in the United States Navy where I honed my leadership and strategic skills, I thrive on guiding teams from concept to deployment, ensuring the highest quality user experience and value delivery. My technical journey includes extensive full-stack development, with experience in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and a broad spectrum of languages and frameworks like Python, C#.NET Core, and React. I've managed the development of enterprise software, focusing on cloud deployments, sprint management, and architecture, notably at Reveal Data where I've served as both a Software Development Manager and Senior Software Engineer. At Southwest Research Institute, I led projects in large-scale data management and traffic solutions, designing scalable and secure architectures, including REST APIs and thin client frameworks. My work involved pioneering efforts in integrating machine learning into real-time systems. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UTSA, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. During my studies, I was already actively engaged in the industry, transitioning from an internship to part-time work on SaaS solutions, and creating a secure performance evaluation system for HR.
