With 30 years of experience in demand and supply planning, I specialize in designing and implementing innovative systems that bridge traditional methods with AI and data technologies. Because of my experience as a supply chain practitioner, I have functional supply chain expertise. Because I enjoy the technical, I have strength in data science techniques that allow me to be the bridge between the business and technical teams. I am a valuable resource for companies looking to transform supply chain operations to decrease working capital AND improve customer service levels. My scope often includes strategic work with company executives, as well as process and technical work with the people who execute the strategies. I collaborate with client teams using a data driven approach to uncover insights and develop action plans to drive working capital (primarily inventory) improvements. We identify barriers, bottlenecks, and risks to achieving our strategic objectives and engage the organization in overcoming them.
