With over 28 years of full life cycle recruitment experience, I am an expert in executive search and workforce solutions at Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation's largest and most innovative health care organizations. I hold a Certified in Executive Research (CER) credential from AESC, the global association for executive search and leadership consulting professionals. As a Sr. Executive Search Consultant, I partner with the Executive Search team and the Executive Hiring Leaders to create and execute effective sourcing strategies, market data, and candidate development for various executive roles across the organization. I also collaborate with KP-IT executives to provide innovative workforce staffing solutions, such as Human Capital Strategy, Manager Engagement Sessions, Competencies vs. Technical Skills, and University Relations. I leverage data and metrics to design and launch media campaigns, monitor and track recruiting performance, and provide constant coaching and consultation to hiring managers and executives. My mission is to attract, engage, and retain top talent for Kaiser Permanente and help them achieve their vision of providing high-quality, affordable health care services and improving the health of their members and communities.
