About Kylee Byrnes

Hello my name is Kylee! I graduated in December 2015 from Minnesota School of Business, with an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. In November of 2016 I passed my VTNE (veterinary technology national exam) and am now a Certified Technician. In December of 2015 I was hired as a full time Veterinary Technician at Champlin Park Pet Hospital. Since working at Champlin Park Pet Hospital I have excelled in keeping calm, collected and upbeat during busy and/or stressful shifts. I always try to provide the best care for my patients and clients. I have a love for dentistry & dental radiographs, as well as venipuncture and animal restraint. Using fear free techniques in everyday medicine is something I greatly appreciate, getting these anxious and scared COVID-19 pets to trust us has been a hurdle, but one that we can absolutely overcome with these tools! Previously I was an Assistant Manager at Sammy Perrella's where I gained skills such as; team and money management, exceptional customer service skills as well as working with many types of people on a daily basis.
