About Kylee Hudson

Type B personality trying to make it in a Type A industry. First (and only) woman to receive a Top Qualifier Heavy Haul Sales Award in TQL history. If you asked me a year ago if I saw myself in an operations role, I would've laughed. I was a sales-driven employee through and through; absolutely addicted to the rush of a close, while also coaching and working to develop my peers. I quickly realized that although I thrive in a team environment, I wouldn't be fully satisfied unless I was leading one myself, so I became an Operations Supervisor in November 2023 to manage the behind-the-scenes magic of Heavy Haul Transportation. The biggest lesson I've learned in my current employment is that you can only control the controllables and make the best out of everything else. Something I preach to my team often is the biggest controllable factors are your work ethic, sense of urgency, and desire to improve. I would love to have a meaningful story about why I do what I do, but the only thing I have is that I go to work to put kibble on the table for my 4 year old mutt, and so I can afford to pay for her house and maintain her backyard. She hadn't really been pulling her weight, so I had to step up. Anyways, I will be on Linkedin until my dog gets a job, so connect with me!
