About Kylee Jobe

I currently am attending Washington State University to get my Bachelor of Science degree. I graduate in May of 2024. My focus for my degree is psychology with hopes of becoming a therapist who works with children and young adults. With me being a psychology major with a human development minor hoping to go into therapy I have a high drive in helping people in all aspects and feel the most rewarded when I do so. The courses I have taken and been taking throughout my college career have taught me a lot about how to be empathetic, understanding, de-escalating almost any situation, and many more. My main experience is in customer service. The roles I worked in included clerical and repetitive tasks such as organizing many different things, assisting customers with their specific needs, checking people out from their appointments, answering the phones and emails, and using PowerPoint to create flyers for deals and new things we got in, using excel to organize all the client's information and stats for services, products, and deals that were purchased, cleaning regularly and deep cleaning when needed. I pride myself on being an extremely well-rounded trustful person. Organized with a very good eye for details and out-of-place items. Very friendly and socially aware. I’m driven, diligent, and love challenges.
