About Kylee Kubat

Hey y'all! I hope you are having a wonderful day. My name is Kylee Kubat, and I have a strong passion for real estate sales, condominiums, and development along the Gulf Coast! I have always been attracted to condominiums developed in the 1980s, which led to my interest in architecture and development of boutique, low-rise condominiums along the Gulf Coast. Inspired by Thomas Nonnenmacher and his projects including Lei Lani and Sunswept, I decided to dig deeper into this alluring calling from the older condominiums in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, & Perdido Key. My response was to write a biography about Thomas Nonnenmacher and his many developments and condominiums from 1979-1985. The book I began writing at 16 years old entitled Nonnenmacher allowed me to come to a full realization that developing condominiums with heart and soul is how I want to help people in this world. Raising a glowing dream from the ground up, building a home where the spirit of love and laughter can be shared, and refreshing one's self with the sound of the Gulf's waves is what I long to do. I love people and I love condos, and I am here to spread this love through developing meaningful, culturally unique, and inspiring condominiums.
