In December 2014, I joined Satcom Direct as a Sales Associate in the MobileOpperations Department. I performed troubleshooting tasks, processed equipment and service sales for general satellite services, and assisted with GSA sales. In 2017 I transferred to the MilGov team as the Government Program Manager. I oversee all our US Government, DoD divisions, MilGov Contractors, and Integrator's programs and services. I provide support and assistance for all our MilGov customers regarding projects and programs using SD aeronautical and land-mobile satellite services. Before SD, I worked at the Brevard County Sheriff's Office as a Corrections Deputy. I operated with multiple law enforcement and court agencies, processing arrest and release documents and reviewing Federal, National, and Local records and reports. I assisted with reentrance into the community applications and release programs for newly released citizens.
