About Kylee Sprick

With over six years of diverse experience in the banking industry, I have taken on a variety of different positions ranging from front-line customer service to back-office operations. My most recent position as a Human Resources Specialist has allowed me to utilize my Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, as well as the technical and soft skills I’ve gained in my previous positions. As a Human Resource Specialist, I assist and support the VP of Human Resources in all areas of HR. These different areas include benefits administration, recruiting, policy implementation, reporting information, and employee relations and training. I am passionate about transitioning into the HR field and committed to ongoing learning and expanding expertise in all aspects of HR management by eventually pursing the SHRM-CP certification and any other learning opportunities I find valuable to enrich my knowledge of HR.
