About Kyleigh Caicedo

I am a 2021 University of Florida graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability and the Built Environment with a minor in Innovation. My major focused on construction management, environmental science, energy, climate science, regulatory compliance, and certification programs like LEED, WELL, and Living Building Challenge. We utilized programs like ArcGIS, LEED Online, Arc Skoru, and Ecomedes. My minor focused on problem-solving, entrepreneurship, leadership, creativity, and ethics. For these classes, we did design sprints and utilized tools like Adobe InDesign, 3D printing, and Agile methodology. I have work and internship experience that has helped me hone my leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, communication skills, and efficiency. I have experience as a desk assistant at my university as well as internship experience in government (OPLA Orlando). I am thorough in everything that I do and am dedicated to attention to detail. My biggest strengths include working well even in time-sensitive situations, creative problem-solving, and I have a strong internal work ethic. My goal is to work for a company with values that align with mine - promoting an environmentally sustainable future, equity, and creating ethical solutions for an increasingly complex world. I am seeking an entry-level position that can kick off my career in this field and provide growth opportunities. A couple of fun facts about me are that I lived in Ecuador for a semester, I play piano, I love video games, and I walk my adventure cat on a leash. I look forward to hearing from you and connecting!
