I am an associate in the Management Rotation Program at Capital One. I am currently working as a Technical Program Manager supporting the Enterprise Feature Platform delivering value to our customers and partners with innovative solutions. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology - Supply Chain Management from Virginia Tech and a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master credential, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to manage complex and agile projects.Some of my recent achievements include developing a customized Jira dashboard to visually present the work breakdown of 19 software engineering teams, enabling data-driven decision-making and in-depth analysis of resource allocation and project status; leading the establishment of a high-impact operational excellence meeting, designed to provide weekly updates to senior leadership on critical topics such as cloud controls, vulnerabilities, incidents, and cyber risk; and championing the consolidation of two large-scale weekly meetings within the organization, resulting in reduced meeting fatigue and increased efficiency and engagement. I am passionate about collaborating with diverse and talented teams, leveraging machine learning to create innovative solutions, and contributing to the vision and goals of your organization.
