Hello I have over 13 years in the financial industry started my career in 2010 at Eagle Financial Services where I would learn consumer lending, my roles there I did it all from interacting with the costumers, reviewing loan applications and credit profiles, closing loans and collecting payments. I also handle the accounting side of things in the office such as balancing at the end of day/month to paying bills and handling deposits. I also handled garnishments and bankruptcies.I started Keller Mortgage in 2020 as a disclosure specialist I reviewed application completion, reviewing compliance and fees for retail and wholesale. Sent out and review all disclosures to customers, as well as change of circumstances disclosures. I later went on to join the testing team at Keller where I was a part of several testing teams for new products and compliant disclosures, these required skills such as project management, business analysis,QA, root cause analysis and team building. At Keller I also trained many new hires for the disclosure desk role.
