Named Canada's Emergency Physician of the year in 2019 (rural category) by the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians, Dr. Booth has broad clinical, administrative and supervisory skills. Dr. Booth is a dynamic educator who has spoken internationally on many topics including emergency department trauma preparedness, team dynamics, and leadership. Dr. Booth is the Ontario Health Central regional Lead for Emergency Medicine and holds a faculty appointment at McMaster University. Particular expertise in: strategic planning, team development, human resources management and medical education.
