I'm an aspiring Information Security Analyst with a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare equity, security, and digital literacy for the vulnerable populations. My journey into cybersecurity is driven by a personal mission: to protect individuals from the growing threat of cybercrime, inspired by my grandma’s experience as a victim of online scams. I'm committed to deepening my expertise in network security, IT systems, and data analytics, with a focus on combatting cyber threats that affect both individuals and organizations. As a BIPOC woman and first-generation college graduate entering the cybersecurity field, I aim to contribute to the shift toward greater representation and inclusion of women in technology and cybersecurity. Currently working towards my CompTIA Security+ certification, I'm eager to connect with like-minded professionals in the healthcare and cybersecurity sectors. Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying tennis, shanking golf balls at the range, or sharing home cooked meals with loved ones.
