About Kylie Smith

A motivated, adaptable and responsible individual who continuously utilises the analytical, communication and interpersonal skills I have developed throughout my education and employment history.Over the last 11 years I have worked as Technology Effectiveness Manager, Business Change Partner for the UKI function, been Team Manager within our Customer Success function, as well as a Process Improvement Manager for the Loyalty, Direct Sales and Accountants Division channels. I also had the opportunity to support our Channel Commercial area, assisting the Loyalty Commercial team. All of which have depended on my inherent need to provide both our internal and external customers with an exemplary service and experience. During this time I have proven myself to be an organised and driven individual with the ability to use my initiative and constantly strive to lead by example. I am a confident leader and communicator which results in me building strong and lasting relationships quickly and effectively. Whilst in these roles I have been able to demonstrate my aptitude for identifying opportunities to make a positive change; enhancing both the business and the experience for our customers.
