About Kylie Stanley

With over 15 years of dynamic experience in management and operations, I am passionate about making meaningful connections, fostering strong teams, and thinking outside the box to drive innovation and growth. As the General Manager QRI Lifestyle at Queensland Railways Institute Inc, I lead a diverse and talented team that delivers high-quality services and products to our members and customers across various sectors and industries. Collaboration, efficiency, and enthusiasm are the core values of my leadership philosophy. I take pride in nurturing an environment where everyone's contributions are valued and where we can accomplish far more than any individual endeavour. I have honed my skills in workflow management, training and development, effective communication, recruitment strategies, and meticulous project management, enabling me to streamline business operations and engage employees. I relish challenges and thrive amidst them, finding innovative solutions to achieve collective goals. I am eager to connect with professionals who share these values and aspirations, and to explore opportunities for networking, sharing insights, or collaborating in the realms of leadership, team building, or innovative thinking.
