I'm a CISO (internal and field consulting), ex Big 4 Partner, and current international Managing Director in the Information Technology Infrastructure, Apps and Services Industry across ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, India, China, Taiwan, Middle East & Africa. My specialist focus is Cybersecurity, AI (including AI ethics), Data Risk & Human Behaviour. Driven by a strong client focus I support large scale business and technical transformation underpinned by my security leadership, change management and behavioural economics insights. I excel in leading large sales and delivery teams across multiple disciplines and regions in driving adoption and embracing of new technologies. I am adept at growing capabilities and skills to meet market demand across Australia, NZ and Asia and in building partnerships and alliances to solve client challenges. I'm experienced in working across all industries and am connected with key C suite stakeholders across Federal, state and local government, retail, mining, oil and gas, utilities, distribution, health and financial services. I have a great track record of driving cultural change and in embracing diversity and inclusion including awards in coaching, mentoring and innovation. I'm experienced with most Cyber security and Tech stacks (on Prem, cloud & hybrid), and I have over 25 years of executive leadership experience in technology and consulting, spanning multiple industries, international geographies, and platforms. My solution experience (and qualifications) are in Cyber security, Data, AI, Cloud and Change Management. On top of this I lead incident response teams across APJ MEA, am an AI ethicist & have Quantum training & capability. I'm also a media spokesperson, keynote speaker, and author on technology topics, as well as an advisor to universities and government agencies on cyber, technology research and education.
