Kylie is a registered psychologist, with expertise across organisational psychology, coaching psychology and clinical neuropsychology. She has provided consulting expertise across a range of corporate and clinical roles over the last 18 years. Kylie combines her scientific background with extensive practical experience to offer best practice, evidence-based approaches that are tailored to best meet her client’s needs. Kylie’s unique combination of skills have proven highly useful when navigating the complexities of workplace mental health. She is able to apply clinical and coaching expertise within the context of understanding the complexities of organisations, such as organisational design, job fit, leadership capabilities, performance measures, culture, and workplace laws. Kylie supports organisations across the entire workplace mental health and wellbeing continuum; from preventative and early intervention strategies through to recovery and return to work. For the last 10 years Kylie has been regularly requested as a trainer and facilitator to share her expertise on these topics.
