A coach, for breathing? Sounds crazy right? Heck, 6 years ago I'd not have known what it was either. So why do I exist? Considering breathing is an action we perform times a day, it's one most people rarely pay attention to (except when they're huffing and puffing during exercise) and even fewer people know anything about. My goal is to help you change that and enjoy the benefits of breathing more consciously. But it's just breathing (I hear you say from behind your screen). Yes, it is. But, given your breathing influences EVERY major system in your body, learning to breathe better is one of the keys to good health. This is not woo-woo. These are scientifically researched principles and practical techniques. Breathwork techniques have been shown to help: Improve sleep quality, Lower & manage anxiety, Relax mind & body, Improve physical performance, Increase focus & energy levels, Improve overall health & wellbeing, Promote deep inner calm, Increase self-awareness and much more. Since 2019 I've spent 100's of hours learning from some of the world's foremost Breathwork teachers and 100's of hours working with people, on three continents, of all ages and backgrounds, including athletes, actors, military personnel, medical professionals, politicians & those looking to maximise their potential through breath. and hopefully (given you've read this far), I can work with you too -).
