About Kym Jackson

Kym has spent about 20 years working within the print & communications industry, with extensive experience in digital print (within the Direct Marketing arena), print-personalisation, database management, litho-print, specialised packaging, document archival & retrieval – all predominately in customer-facing roles. She has extensive experience in sales, which has also necessitated additional roles in trafficking work, quality control, customer services and CRM maintenance. She has managed sales and administration teams, established 2 x laser printing departments whilst also fulfilling the roles of sales, recruitment, training and establishing processes and procedures (including ISO). Kym has a strong belief in providing the highest possible level of quality service, utilising consistency, authenticity and collaboration to build and maintain strong partnerships with her Clients. She joined Symphonia Leadership Development in December 2012 and from August 2014, she has taken on the role of Sales and Marketing Manager with SLD. Kym loves nothing more than spending time on her Heritage (Harley Davidson), in the company of good friends inside and out of SA. She is also the mother of 3 fur-children, has a love of Nature and gardening, and of people who are spiritual, authentic and who practise abundant-thinking.
