In Voluntary Benefits, I work with the Employee Benefits teams and clients to consult and manage a variety of needs, including carrier and product recommendation, new business implementation, ben admin plan builds, renewals, open enrollment communications, resolving claims and enrollment issues. I also work with specifically chosen carrier partners to select, design and negotiate plans to ensure our clients are getting the best products at the best rates. In my past positions, I have excelled as an Office/Project Manager and Work Flow Specialist, using my innovative ideas and impeccable organization to ensure client satisfaction. Specialties: In my years of insurance billing and claims handling, I became familiar with many types of insurance plans, and how to remedy claims payment and processing issues. I continue to work closely with carriers, and develop and maintain meaningful client relationships. I am excellent at identifying and correcting workflow roadblocks. My highly organized and concise way of thinking and communicating make me valuable to anyone with the goal of streamlining and improving productivity.
