Today as an experienced property management specialist and a director of Ryan Property Specialists, I am proud of the excellent results our firm continues to produce for both property owners and tenants who come through our doors. What I am even prouder of are the genuine, long-term relationships my team and I have formed with our clients. At Ryan Property Specialists, we work with landlords to relieve them of the day-to-day management of their property investments and help maximise their portfolio profitability. We do this by taking a hands-on approach and providing exceptional service to Rental Providers and Renters. In a competitive industry I’ve built a solid reputation based on integrity and professionalism with a loyal client base and a strong referral network. I owe much of my success to my grass roots experience with RD Ryan & Co, my father’s real estate business. Driven by strong family values, I gained practical experience across all areas of operating a successful real estate business. After emerging from the family business, I gained valuable knowledge working with some of Victoria’s leading agencies. Whilst my success was recognised with multiple award wins, I had a vision for how property management could be better executed. Whilst many real estate agents are fixated on the sale, property management is often handed over to junior staff.
