I am a bilingual Registered Nurse with experience in the PCU hospital unit, public health sector, and case management/ program coordination. I have a Masters's Degree in Executive Nursing Leadership. My clinical experiences include patient education on chronic disease management, prevention, medication administration and management, assessment of patients, and independent decision-making of proper medication treatments. I have experience in epidemiology, contact tracing, and reporting of communicable diseases, and coordinating and processing refugees within the Refugee program. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, I assist with the coordination of recruitment of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, techs, and OR surgical techs, throughout the organization including pre-screening, interviewing, scheduling, referring, and selection of qualified candidates.
