About Kyndall Wallace

As a scientifically driven leader with an MS in Pharmacology & Therapeutics and an MBA, I am deeply committed to advancing precision medicine. My passion lies in harnessing the power of AI to tailor and enhance patient care, making significant strides in the individualization of treatment protocols. My career began in the field of drug discovery, where I applied AI algorithms to identify novel drug targets. This experience was crucial as I transitioned to strategy consulting, collaborating cross-functionally to devise launch strategies for several groundbreaking oncology treatments. These initiatives have not only expedited treatment delivery but have also improved patient outcomes by integrating more precise therapeutic approaches. Currently, I work as a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager at Tempus AI, where I support the design and development of genomic algorithms. In this role, I continue to focus on innovative solutions that promise to redefine standards in medical treatment and care delivery. I am always looking to connect with like-minded professionals who are driven to explore new technologies and strategies in healthcare. Let’s discuss how we can collaborate to further transform the landscape of medicine.
