About Kyndra Clark

I am a Navy veteran who has a passion for the inner workings of the legal world and a desire for helping others. My work experience began when I joined the Navy. During my time as active duty, I worked in an office setting where I gained skills related to the legal field such as attention to detail and organizational skills. I progressed from answering phones to managing and organizing files, entering data in multiple Microsoft Office Suite programs, and keeping detailed notes from various meetings. I am currently enrolled as a full-time student at the College of Lake County in the ABA approved paralegal program. Over the course of my education, I have acquired the knowledge and skills in several specialty law fields including Real Estate Law, Contract Law, and Business Law. I was also a Peer Mentor under the student worker program where I assisted incoming new students with various tasks as well as performing clerical duties for the office. In May, I will be graduating with my A.A.S in paralegal studies along with obtaining the credentials Core Registered Paralegal through the Paralegal Core Competency Exam. After graduation, I plan to work in Contract Law or Real Estate Law, a non-profit organization, or a remote position where I hope to gain further knowledge in the legal field as well as working toward opportunities to advance in the legal profession.
