About Kyra Doyle

I, now, consider myself lucky to have worked in the hospitality industry through high school and college years. It gave me the communication skills and confidence necessary to become the first VP of Operations at Atomic Dogs LLC (Knoxville, TN), for my senior year, which helped me understand the hard work involved in starting a new business. Atomic Dogs allowed me to gain real world experience to cap off my Business Analytics degree. Most importantly, these experiences have inspired me to continue striving to grow in my career, seeking growth through mentorships and hands-on business experiences. As an Analyst with JLL’s national Affordable Housing team, and a licensed Georgia real estate salesperson, I support transactions through performing financial analysis and market research, to create property deliverables, including Broker’s Opinion of Values and Offering Memorandums. With my six years’ experience in the hospitality industry through high school and college, I am excited to have developed a role as a liaison with an emphasis on due diligence– interfacing with potential buyers, sellers and their support teams to gain answers to their investor questions, organize site tours, gather requested materials, and generally facilitate communications between a variety of buyers and sellers.
