Hi, I'm Kyrah Phelix, a graduate of Lander University. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing/Management in 2021 and followed it up with an MBA in Digital Marketing in 2022! ‍ During my college years, I was the definition of a student-athlete for 5 years. I consistently made it on the dean's list, I managed to work as a server on my off days, while also playing for Lander University’s softball team.#GoBearcats Additionally while completing my masters, I served as a Graduate Assistant for Lander University Publications and Relations. This is where I learned how to balance work/life and properly manage my time. Post graduation, I embraced the vibrant world of branding and marketing as the Brand & Marketing Manager for Preferred Floor & Tile CO. This role not only helped me get my toes wet in B2B marketing but also allowed me to scratch that ever-present creative itch! The opportunity with PF & TCO allows me to work closely with industry groups like the National Rental Home Council’s chapters as their event photographer and internal group WMN in SFR helping with marketing & expansion!#CaughtByKyrah I have quickly picked up the satisfaction of a simple click as I enjoy taking pictures at events, products, in the field, and internal company photos 🥎 On the side, my softball passion led me to influence the game I love- I coach at my old high school, Piedmont. I help guide our girls to win championships and compete for state titles! We finished our 2024 season as the Rocky River Conference Champions and the 3A Western Region Runner-up with a finishing record of 23-5! Along with being the hitting coach, my passion for digital marketing led me to create and run the team's Instagram account @PiedmontHighSoftball. I often photograph my athletes as I have worked many media days and capture in-game shots- I am a personal Hitting Instructor.
