About Kyron Bonner

Kyron Bonner Jr. is a business professional and aspiring leader with demonstrated competencies in business analysis, data visualization, product management, and inclusive leadership. He is a relationship builder and problem solver with strengths in effective communication, executive presentations, professional networking, and delivering high quality results under pressure. Kyron currently serves as a Product Manager on the Personal Systems Workforce Solutions Lifecycle Services Product Management team, and he has a long-term goal of becoming a well-respected executive in the future. Kyron launched his career 5 years ago with HP in Boise. Prior to HP, Kyron was an exceptional student at Delaware State University where he earned a dual-degree in Accounting and Finance. It was his work ethic, in class performance, and campus involvement that led him to be selected as part of the 5-person team to represent Delaware State University in the 1st Annual HP HBCU Business Challenge. In the challenge, Kyron and his team won first place, and Kyron landed an HP internship that ultimately resulted in a fulltime position with HP, relocating him from Windsor, Connecticut, to Boise, Idaho. On HP’s campus, Kyron serves as an HP Boise Intern Coordinator and the Chair for Boise’s NextGen Impact Network. He is committed to diversity and inclusion, serving as a Project Team Member for the HP HBCU Business Challenge, HP Ambassador to the Treasure Valley NAACP, mentor to interns and young employees from diverse backgrounds, and volunteer for a range of panel discussions and events. Kyron is also passionate about advancing his career and is currently a Protégé in the Sponsorship at HP Program for which he was selected from a pool of high performing, high potential applicants. Whether it is in the office or in the community, Kyron is invested in empowering others and bringing out the best in all whom he encounters. His ambitious drive, passion for people, and personal brand are a direct result of what he calls his Six Foundational F’s: Faith, Family, Finance, Fashion, Fitness, and Focus. These are the core values by which he sets professional and personal goals and measures his success. It is also his intent to leverage this foundation to someday lead as an executive and community business leader.
