About Kyrsten Miles

Currently working in education as a middle school counselor in Fulton County. I have been able to leverage my Technical background and use educational data to inform my program and help close unequitable achievement, discipline, and learning gaps. I have used Tableau to gather reports and showcase key data visualizations. I play an active role in improving the school climate by encouraging inclusivity amongst all stakeholders and staff. I encourage diversity and support the school improvement plan through change management and supporting district initiatives. I interface with over 200 individuals daily, facilitate classroom instruction, manage tween mentorship programs, and present other pertinent information to stakeholders through informational sessions or training, and promote a positive atmosphere for students and staff. I managed the implementation of our school wide behavioral assessment mandated by the district and serve as the social emotional learning liaison. I am also a mature IT business professional with experience in Technology Consulting. I have a Information Systems degree with an emphasis in SAP/ERP. I am able to quickly upskill and learn new systems and services from interfacing with clients from various industries and tackling various business needs. I am a SAP Certified business associate and have functional experience gathering business requirements, creating process and training documentation, utilizing learning management systems such as adobe captivate, and managing train the trainer initiatives for new software implementations. I am familiar with SAP business processes, data analytics and reporting with Tableau, adhering to SLA's in Service Now and resolving incidents in a timely manner. I have also used active directory and familiar with troubleshooting issues with client devices. I am a dedicate team player that is solution oriented!
