I’m Kysaiah Davis, a senior at George Mason University pursuing a B.S. in Information Technology with concentrations in Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity. My academic foundation is built on principles of IT architecture, cloud security, and systems analysis, with a strong focus on leveraging cloud platforms to solve real-world challenges and ensuring secure, scalable solutions in today’s digital environment. My technical expertise includes programming languages like Python and Java, as well as hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda. I have a proven ability to design and deploy efficient, secure systems, highlighted by projects such as creating serverless cloud applications and implementing end-to-end LAMP stack deployments on AWS. With my expanded focus on cybersecurity, I’m continuously developing my knowledge of network security protocols and threat mitigation strategies. I am currently working as an IT Technician at Sayers, where I support technology implementations in critical environments by deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure across various departments. My role involves collaborating with IT teams to address technical challenges, maintain optimal system performance, and ensure minimal disruption to operations. Previously, at Technology Integration Group (TIG), I conducted quality assurance checks and streamlined large-scale device rollouts. As a CRM IT Specialist at ICON Trading’s CO, I customized CRM platforms, integrated automation with Python, and optimized data analysis to support business growth and client engagement. What truly drives me is the opportunity to combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving. I’m recognized for my ability to collaborate effectively, troubleshoot complex issues, and use skills that extend beyond the workplace. My dedication to making an impact was acknowledged with a Citizen’s Service Award for my role in a life-saving intervention.
