As a speaker, crisis communications pro and spokesperson for more than 20 years, I know firsthand how stressful and toxic today's work environments can be. I know how they can steal our energy, creativity, and passion - and how they can also impact our health due to constant stress, and create conflict, both at home - and at work. I've spent recent years researching and analyzing both the state of the workplace in the western world, as well as today's work culture facts and fallacies. And to learn how people can overcome those tropes and preconceptions that make so many people unhappy in your daily work life. For this reason, with my roots in that workplace foundation, I have expanded my skills, so that I am now able to provide valuable support as a transformational therapist and self-empowerment coach. My mission today is to mentor, teach, and empower others to unfold their own individual expressions of passion in work and life.
