About Laban Jones

I have gained experience in a multitude of industries as a Solutions Consultant at Coupa Software and Relish and as Customer Account Manager at Textron Aviation Defense. During my time in Pre-sales, I have technical presentation skills, understanding of the Spend Management competitive landscape, and how to solve important business problems that clients face. Learning about the competitive landscape of SaaS from one of the best Pre-sales team in the industry served as a fantastic adventure to begin my Post-Grad Career. At Textron Aviation defense as a Customer Account Manager Intern, I utilized multiple business intelligence softwares to help gain business insights, including Power BI and Alteryx. A fast paced and ever-changing aircraft industry helped me to learn to adapt to new business problems as they arise. Being on the Solutions Consulting side and the Internal analyst side has helped me to view problems in an all encompassing way to help find the most efficient solution for a business.
